The seller used a paper/cardboard envelope which is not protective enough as well as 2 pieces of cardboard for “protection/cushioning” - bubble wrap would’ve been a better option imo. I contacted the seller to let them know what happened and they were very understanding and helpful about the situation. They provided me with a partial refund to replace the case.
