This is a Namco Negcon Racing controller to work with many PlayStation racing games. It works on American consoles, as all PlayStation 1 or 2 peripherals are region free. However all PlayStation games are region locked. Condition: Used. Tested and in good working condition. This is used so it will have cosmetic wears from normal use. Please see pictures for condition.
