I'll start with the bad news. Obviously, this has a crushed corner and some creasing at the top. If graded, I'd put this in the 6.5 - 7 range. The good news is that the seal is really good. No tears, and the corners don't seem to have any frays. I'd put the seal in the A range. I've included some recent comps from Heritage Auctions to compare with. The six most recent comps I could find of 6.5 or 7 with a seal of A or B+: 4200, 3600, 2280, 1875, 1200, 1020. Read my reviews and buy with confidence.
