It includes hydrocal castings featuring amazing detail, full color custom decals, punk flyers, laser cut "RAT" sign, and complete, full color, easy to understand assembly, painting and aging instructions. As described was new, and it was new. Packaging was excellent. The value for the item was good. The seller has no control over the Shipping cost, but the P.O. is really getting out of hand with that. I would like to buy more from this seller, but shipping cost has caused me some real concern.
