Nichols & Stone Yale U. Calhoun College captains Chair 1992 (rare &vintage). The chair is super solid and quite comfortable. Original maker's label intact on underside with model number 805-857 and YALE designation stamp. Nichols & Stone ceased operations in 2008, making every surviving piece an increasingly scarce collectible. The arms and legs are solid The chair is super tight has some damage from being backed into a wall and some pits on the seating area as well as some pits on the bottom cross foot bars from being issued in 1992. The brass nameplate on the back reads Richard W Curran, Calhoun College Yale 1992 it is in blazoned on the bottom with Nichol’s and stone emblem, but there is no paper tag. The chair is super solid and quite comfortable. If you want to pay shipping I will pack it and send it if you pay.
