(PCD stands for Polycrystalline Diamond, and is best for aluminum heads). - All parts are cleaned and inspected before final assembly to meet AERA specifications. - Valve clearances are set to OEM specification and completely assembled, ready to install We need the following to process your order: 1. Casting number (where applicable) to ensure you receive the correct part Quality Assurance Procedure: We take each cylinder head through a comprehensive quality control inspection during remanufacturing and before shipping your product. Each unit is inspected at every stage of rebuilding; starting from disassembly all the way through assembly and packaging. Cylinder heads that do not meet our quality control standards will be discarded and will not move to the next phase. All of our heads are shipped knowing they meet or exceed AERA specifications. Core Return: NO UPFRONT CORE CHARGE!! We require the core to be returned within 21 days. We provide you with a prepaid return label and send you all the material you will need to ensure the core return is seamless and effortless on your end. We ask that a like core is returned, meaning the same casting number (where applicable) is sent back along with all internal valve train components. If you do not have a core or have a different head to return, feel free to message us. Warranty: We offer a 3 year, unlimited mile warranty that covers the entire cylinder head and its parts. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY LABOR COSTS, ADDITIONAL PARTS OR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS. Warranty is voided if the core is not returned within 21 days from the date of delivery and/ or if the remanufactured cylinder head we send you overheats. Josiv-81 helped me out immensely with my heads. They did not have any ready to ship, but they went as far as to reach out to other vendors and get some that they could remanufacture and ship out to me. They did more for me than they had to. Without them I would not be able to look forward to driving my truck again anytime soon. Another thing they did great was the packaging. These boxes look like they could’ve been hit with a truck and the parts inside would’ve been fine.
Excellent as described. Shipping and handling was immaculate. The seller was very commutative, and his response time was impeccable. This job took me 18 hours to do by myself. The heads came in practically immaculate. These guys did a wonderful job at cleaning everything up and reassembling it to special. I would highly recommend this to any mechanic that I know or any backyard mechanic. These guys take care of their parts, definitely worth.It definitely worth the money.
