North Pole Series DEPT 56 MINT CUSTOM STITCHERS RETIRED ELF LAND CHRISTMAS SHOP. This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE "CUSTOM STITCHERS" Christmas village house. This shop was originally produced by the NORTH POLE SERIES that was apart of the HERTIAGE VILLAGE COLLECTION by DEPARTMENT 56! This shop was produced and sold in 1995 and is now RETIRED making this item hard to find especially in such GREAT shape! This shop is so detailed and even has little socks, shirts, and pants to hang on the side of the building! And the ringing bell that attaches to the top is included! These are not pictured attached to the shop, due to them never being opened, this is pictured on the last photo. This set includes the original box, packaging and light that came with it! This shop is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! It looks to have never been displayed if ever!! Like mentioned above the accessories are still in the original bag. There are no issues with this item what so ever!! It has no scratches, chips or missing paint throughout!! This would be perfect for anyone who collects Department 56 Christmas villages!! Or North Pole Series or Heritage Village Collection collectors!! Very beautiful realistic Christmas shop!
