After a few messages back and forth about the product, one was made to special order, along with two standard pieces, excellent communication from the start. Parts were mailed out quickly , when the package arrived, the box had a huge hole in it, only two of the 3 parts were in it. I contacted the seller, sent pics, and without hesitation they informed me that they would send out another one, got it today ,shop with confidence ! AAAAA+++++

  2. I just arrived home from vacation and looked over my delivery. The package it was delivered in was damaged. This does not reflect on the seller at all. This was obviously done during the shipping process. I appears the item purchased was not damaged and in great shape. However, I do not know if there were supposed to be assembly instructions or any additional connecting pieces included as they could be missing do to the damaged packaged. I will have to contact the seller for that answer.

The vendor was very responsive to inquiries, and when a part was damaged in shipping, he was quick to send a replacement. And we even exchanged photos of my layout and how these bridges will be used in my revised, elevated layout. You couldn't find a better vendor with true customer satisfaction as the cornerstone of their business.
