UPDATED 7/5 - added the ability to light up the Dairy Queen Sign ( Thanks to Youtube Friend Suggestion). See attached photos…(strip light & wires not included sorry). Here is a building we have all visited, this kit comes with everything shown, printed in color as displayed. I will also include a printout photocopy of the sign if you wanna use it. This building is approximately 5 x 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 H, to the top of the sign high if used with the included base. Sorry Bob is our resident helper and not included in listing.
