  2. After buying this as a scratch & dent item, it was missing some crucial special parts that were supposed to be in the package. I contacted the manufacture called Casafield and was able to discuss the missing items with Ileana from Casafield. Thanks to Ileana's patience and understanding of the issues we faced, we were able to get the missing parts shipped asap and had the screed in place just 2 days after the initial call.
