Everything was great except the UPS shipping experience. When I was ordering the catch was arrives before Christmas. Well, UPS changed the expected delivery date twice and it didn't arrive until December 27th. It was a Christmas present so that was disappointing. The product and the seller were great! UPS, not so much.
The part arrived timely in well-protected packaging. It was the starter in the picture and it fit exactly in my 96 Civic DX. The price was right and now my car starts and sounds like a Honda.
