A higher volume of fluid takes longer to heat up, allowing for lower, more stable transmission temperatures and extending your transmission life. Cast from high-quality A356-T6 heat-treated aluminum for strength, PPE’s Heavy-Duty Deep Allison Transmission Pan holds 4 quarts of extra transmission fluid. Tall 1-inch internal and 3/4-inch external cooling fins further help with heat dissipation. The PPE Heavy-Duty DEEP Aluminum Transmission Pan also features a high-powered Neodymium-magnet-equipped drain plug to keep harmful ferrous metal contaminants out of the transmission internals. This deep transmission pan comes standard with the Deep Pan Transmission Filter (128058700). PPE’s exclusive built-in filter lock keeps the deep filter securely in place. Zinc plated Allen bolts are included. PPE High Capacity Oil Pan Ditch the grit. Get rid of the dirtiest oil left in the valley of your stock pan from all your previous oil changes. The stock Duramax engine oil pan is stamped steel (very poor heat dissipation) and there is a valley in the pan that prevents your old oil from being completely drained on each oil change. This leaves behind nearly a quart of the dirtiest oil, which immediately contaminates your fresh oil. PPE solves these problems. First, this deep pan is engineered with a flat bottom. This feature allows you to drain all of your oil pan’s dirty engine oil. Second, it’s made from cast A356.0-T6 aluminum using permanent steel molds for strength and optimum heat dissipation. Third, PPE’s new deep oil pan holds an extra quart of oil so you will see reduced oil temperature, higher oil pressure, and better lubrication to your engine’s vital components. Another feature is the unshrouded oil pickup. The engine then has less restriction near the oil pickup, resulting in higher oil pressure. Higher oil pressure equals better lubrication. PPE Rear Differential Cover Made from high-quality cast A356.0-T6 aluminum for strength and optimum heat dissipation. PPE’s differential covers (Rear Differential Cover RAM/GM) offer industry-leading fluid cooling. Equipped with internal heat sinks and external cooling fins, increasing the pan’s surface area helps dissipate heat. This makes for a much cooler and denser oil. The cool, dense fluid lubricates better, which will extend differential service life. To keep the fluid clean, PPE installed its exclusive high-powered Neodymium magnet-equipped fill plug that pulls harmful ferrous metal particles right out of the oil before they can attack the bearings and gears. PPE Front Differential Cover Help keep your 2011-2016 GM’s front differential running cool and clean with an upgraded differential cover from PPE. With the largest set of cast cooling fins in the industry, found both inside as well as outside the pan, PPE’s differential covers offer fluid cooling capabilities not often matched. This pan also holds an extra three-quarter quart of fluid, offering a bit of added stamina on those long hauls.
