Unfortunately, the item was not available. Seller's communications exceeded expectations. Notified by seller shortly after ordering, per my request, delayed refund so seller could search inventory. Then offered to send another pair of pants, more expensive ones, for the price already paid. I already have a pair in that color. Seller then sent refund promptly. Have saved seller, will happily buy from seller again.

Postage & packaging good. Cardigan as described, except for the little snag + stain on the right sleeve... Neither much of a problem, as can rectify + item was really good value. Many thanks for the 5* buying experience Love Thrift Deals :0) Happy to recommend.
