Item description said new with tags, however the tag was tied back on and I believe the item had been washed and shrunk. I have two brand new, never washed, tags still on pairs of these same pants in different colors and I can tell you there is a difference in feel and sizing. I will keep them to wear around the house since the cost of shipping them is not worth it. Only positive was the Seller did ship them fast.
