This item was listed as "New: A brand-new, unused, UNOPENED, undamaged item...", however, the bag had, quite clearly, been opened and then sloppily resealed using a lighter (or some other fire/heat implement). The items appear to be genuine, in good shape and definitely a good value for the cost. HOWEVER, as to being them used or new (as was advertised) cannot be 100% guaranteed given the clearly opened package. I'd recommend listing such items as "Open Box" instead of "New" going forward.

  2. The plates were exactly as described, they are awesome. Price was very fair as was shipping. The packaging was great & done very well, the plates arrived in perfect condition. I just wish the seller would have replied to my questions. I don't understand why it took as long as the did to actually ship, label was created on the 4th didn't ship until 12th... Other than shipping time & lack of response I am very happy with my purchase.

  3. Received my item, but seller took their time shipping it. ZERO communication when I emailed looking for update. Only shipped the item after sending 2nd email to inquire…. With no response back. As far as I’m concerned, this is lousy customer service. The ONLY reason I gave a positive review is because I got the item. Other than that, the shipping time and communication was shitty!
