Description
This is a set of 4 flat tankard style mugs from Pfaltzgraff in the pattern Yorktowne. This pattern was produced beginning in 1967 until being discontinued in 2007. It is described as having a smooth finish with a blue floral design. The base in white (gray) stoneware and in this case, the front features a blue tulip floral design with no trim. The mugs measure approximately 4 1/2 inches tall and are about 3 inches wide/long. Each mug is stamped on the bottom with a vintage Pfaltzgraff imprint, USA and 282Y. They will comfortably hold 10 ounces. Mugs are in good vintage pre-owned condition. A couple of the mugs have tiny nicks to the bottom ring. These do not effect the balance of the mugs. I have photographed each using a penny for scale. Mugs also have random air bubbles from the manufacturing process.
