Experienced some issues with the carrier after the package was dropped off, outside of the seller's control, but they were extremely helpful and communicative in doing their due diligence as the situation transpired. Oh my! What a great tie. The package arrived on time and was many layered and very secure. The color was exactly as shown in the photos and it's a terrific complement to so many items in my wardrobe.
