I don’t believe in negative review so I’ll put it in natural as I got my refund immediately. Item was set for shipping. Stayed as carrier waiting for item for a week. Asked if it was shipped, was informed that it was a day ago. a week later I asked again, seller said not sure why it’s not shipped will check and update. Almost another week went by and still no answer. Decided on another message and got nothing that day so I cancelled my order and ask for a refund. Was really looking forward to it
