  2. Shipped promptly and arrived quickly. It was well-packaged and arrived unharmed. The seller seriously undersold its condition in the listing! The previous owners (The Missouri DOT, judging by the asset tag) took remarkable care of it; not only was it fully working, but aside from needing a light cleaning it's in almost brand new condition. And now it has passed to me at a price too good to believe.
