RARE PAIR! Royal Worcester 3-Footed Jeweled Vases HP by George Hundley c1880. These rare and lovely jeweled vases with their impressive claw feet were produced at the Royal Worcester factory, c1880. Jeweled and Hand Painted by George Hundley. They each have three hand painted floral panels, believed to be by George Hundley, who specialized in heathers and thistles and was active at the factory from 1850-1897. Pair of Antique Royal Worcester 3-Footed Vases Jeweled and Hand Painted by George Hundley These rare and lovely jeweled vases with their impressive claw feet were produced at the Royal Worcester factory, c1880. They measure 4-1/2" tall by 2-7/8" across the rims. They each have three hand painted floral panels, believed to be by George Hundley, who specialized in heathers and thistles and was active at the factory from 1850-1897. The beautiful jeweled gilding is initialed (TG?) and numbered (185?) by the master gilder in gold on the base of one foot. (At this time the custom was for only the master gilders to sign their work in gold). The Royal Worcester mark in puce is also on one of the feet. Both the gilding and the floral panels are in excellent condition. Note: A single footed vase is presently listed on Etsy for $367.00.
