BETA PRINT RUN 2ND PATCHES These patches were the first patches printed in our development of a new product line. It was not until these patches were tested in the field that a problem was detected. These patches have a weakness. If placed on a curved surface the reflective material may separate from the VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER . We did not wish to sell these patches without warning the customer of the issue. We have determined that in order for HV patches to be the best possible durability we will have to add a sewn Merrow edging to them. Once the new and improved patches are printed we will list them. 1 HIGH VIS Reflective PATCH 3.5” X 2” REVERSE USA FLAG RED AND BLUE ON REFLECTIVE Hi-Vis The Red and Blue are transparent and also reflect. Pictures do not do these patches justice they are really beautiful, glossy and extremely reflective. WITH VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER $5 EACH HV Patches are patches made by Anytime Sign, Inc., introduced in 2016 using the MOST REFLECTIVE MATERIAL KNOWN TO MAN. Patches are made with 3M solvent screen printing ink and 3M reflective material for the highest quality, most highly visible patch possible. Hi-Vis patches are made in the USA with all USA materials including VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER with HIGH HEAT 330 PSA 0172 adhesive. WHEN SAFETY IS A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH... Question: What are the advantages of Hi-Vis Patches ? Answer: Hi-Vis Patches replace other patches that are not reflective or have very little reflectivity for safety and efficiency. 1) Night Visibility - HV Patches are the Most reflective, most Highly Visible Patches in the world. 2) Changeability- HV Patches attach with VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER 3) Flame Resistance - HV Patches can withstand some open flame without distortion or singing of the patch. 4) Fine Detail - HV Patches can have the finest detail image. We make our transparent positives with a laser Imagesetter. 5) Exotic colors and metallic capabilities - HV Patches have colors that are brighter and colors can be metallics like silver and gold and "hot" inks like hot pink and neon green. 6) Longevity - HV Patches are made with 3M materials and VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER to last longer than other patches. 7) Conformity - HV Patches are NOT as flexible as cloth patches - we recommend purchasing a sample patch before placing large orders. 8) Cleanability - HV Patches can easily be cleaned with water or glass cleaner after removal from clothing. 9) Launderability - HV Patches attach with VELCRO® BRAND FASTENER, must be removed before washing clothes. 10) Custom Images - because HV Patches are solvent screen printed, custom images require a minimum 25 patches order.
