The shorts, although advertised as used, appear to be brand new and in perfect condition. Well packaged. The seller also was willing to negotiate on price and was very reasonable. I would definitely use the seller again if I found something that I wanted to buy. The shipping cost and time is no reflection on the seller. I just gave four stars due to my frustration with shipping cost and the time it takes.
Outstanding customer service even when a return was requested. They responded very quickly and even advised me to send the jeans back in a bag like they were shipped in instead of a box like Ebay said they needed to be in, decreasing costs to me on the return.
