I am very happy with my purchase! The book is in good condition and came as described. Bookshop19's use of Pitney Bowes as a shipping carrier was smart on their part. As my book moved from the UK to my home country, I was kept informed every step of the way by the carrier. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging as it kept my book safe and secure. The packaging itself was made of recycled materials which is a nice touch. This book arrived today and, owing to the seller's meticulous description and ample photographs, I knew exactly what I was getting. Sadly, this is rarely what I encounter when buying from ebay, unless the item is new; some sellers merely provide a stock photo, and a disclaimer that you may, or may not end up with the copy/version/edition etc. that they advertise. So full marks, Bookshop 19, a pleasure doing business; a good price, and well packaged, too.
This box set of audio book CDs, whilst 2nd hand, is in immaculate order and exactly as honestly described. It was despatched quickly and well packaged. Excellent value for so many hours of enjoyment as I have problems sleeping and listening to audio books really helps - mind you it takes a few 'goes' at actually finding out what happens as I (happily) fall asleep!!
