When there was a question about the set being split up into two shipments, it was addressed promptly. The sets were received in a way that was wrapped like a gift. The package actually had a fragrance, which took me straight to Italy. I cannot explain how happy this made me. A+ seller, thank you so much.
This is the second transaction with this seller and will be our go-to for these dishes. It arrived faster than expected! and in perfect condition. The additional customs duties collected by the shipper were over $60, but the seller is not responsible for them. The seller does let buyers know there will be an additional expense, and buyers should consider it. I'm not sure whether the charges will fluctuate or stay the same.
Fast shipping, packed excellent, perfect quality product which is always concerning when ordering something expensive. Real deal. Great communication.
