I love this kitty fountain so much! It's super cute and shipped way faster than I expected. It was packed really well in its original box, and I'm honestly debating keeping the box if I ever need to pack it for moving, it's so protected in there. The mild imperfections are just that, mild, and they were mentioned. There is a hairline crack in the cactus, barely visible in the photos that has been well mended. I'm extremely happy with my purchase from here and would happily order from here again

Shorts were packed in plastic sealed bag inside shipping bag. Used item was fine, clean and fresh. just as described. Shipping time was good. I got these used because the sizing has changed so much on these now, I don't know what size to get anymore. The new ones run very large compared to those of a couple years ago.
