  1. Packaging great. CP does a great job shipping. The coffee/tea pot was as in pics. It was a gift for my mom. Needed Volume heightIt was ok in price & available for years- very odd-a hard sell due to pattern.?.Much, much larger than thought & therefore much heavier. Poor communication. Printer issues delayed printing the label.No seller assistance or reply.He Refused to sell this to mom for years -no reasons given. Now too heavy. ( Very sad for her. Don’t buy from this seller. Buyer beware.
