It was a new rug but where the box opening is the rug got a blue color stain there. I took the rug out of the box and used a stain remover and the stain lifted a good amount. It sill has a slight blue color in that spot. See pictures for details. So the run has been washed one time and then hung out to dry but has not been used. Pad is new. Please note that stain did not come up completely and still has a discoloring there. Will likely be shipped FedEx or UPS so no po box address.
