This is a vintage 1967 vinyl record album titled Snoopy and His Friends by The Royal Guardsmen, released on the Laurie Records label. The album features the group's hit songs, including "Snoopy vs. the Red Baron," "The Return of the Red Baron," and "Snoopy's Christmas". The Royal Guardsmen were a band from Ocala, Florida, best known for these novelty rock songs centered on the Peanuts comic strip characters. This was the group's third album and is particularly notable because the cover artwork was created by Peanuts creator Charles M. Schulz. Originally known as "The Posmen," The Royal Guardsmen were a sextet from Ocala, Florida. They rose to fame during the British Invasion with their Anglophile name and Snoopy-themed hits.
