  1. Awesome transaction, lightning-fast delivery, smooth, friendly, professional retailer and great communication. It charged up overnight with my smart phone charger. I have not used the car charger via cigar lighter receptacle cord that also came with the unit. I did go ahead and purchase the rapid ac 120v charger for the home. It claims a rapid charge of about an hour or so. I Wish the seller offered it as an add on. Shown in the pic is the unit, usb cord, car charger and the home charger.

  2. Had an issue with USPS - lost the item and then found it. Took 2 weeks to finally get. This seller had it in the mail within hours of my purchase but took USPS 14 days to find me! Thee folks rode it out with me - all 14 days even offering to refund my purchase. We hung in there tho - and finally got it. I can't say enough about how wonderful these folks were the whole time.
