12 hours after I ordered these, I found them on Amazon, except Amazon said they wouldn’t fit my truck. I emailed XB-motorparts06 and they emailed me immediately and said don’t worry that they’d check with RAM and they’d fit. They fit perfectly. They are extremely high quality! They came boxed & sealed from the factory in 2 days— all hardware & instructions inside. People complained about the instructions— could be clearer but if you take your time they are fine. Love the company & product!
I received my package and it was damaged but with great communication and and deliberation between me and the seller we got the problem resolved. I would buy from this seller again I really feel like the damage was not the sellers fault. Initial package was temporarily lost by FedEx, so seller sent a second package via USPS. Package via USPS arrived in good condition, package from FedEx was damaged. During the whole process the seller kept me informed of what was going on even when the shippers were not updating the status. Would do business with again.
