The item arrived well packaged. However, there was an issue with it — the right click did not work properly. I contacted the seller, and he offered two options: either return the item or receive a 10% refund. Since I am in another country, returning it was not convenient, so I chose the partial refund. The seller processed the refund as promised. Later, I opened the item and found that the problem was a factory defect, not the seller’s fault. Overall, the seller was responsive and cooperative.
I’ll start by saying I would 100% recommend this seller. Shipping was extremely fast. Unfortunately I received the wrong item but it was partially my fault for not looking closer at the pictures. The listing and item description both said it was a z790e but the pictures clearly showed a z690e. I messaged the seller, they made it right with no issues. It’s being returned for a full refund. They gave me the option to keep it and receive a partial refund as well.
Exactly as described and works perfect. Shipping box probably could have used a little more packing material to keep the equipment from jostling around and getting damaged but still received in good condition. Seller initially sent the wrong item but was quick to respond to my request for the correct item and sent a return label for the wrong item shipped. Easy to work with and communicated well. Definitely recommend and will use again.
