Sony PlayStation 3 CECHB01 Backward Compatible PS3 SEMI WORKING READ. This ps3 has been tested. Here’s all the information I have about it: The system boots up great and is fully functional as far as turning on, staying on, and navigating the menu. The firmware is 3.15. It takes in and spits out discs. I tested with with a DVD and it read and played the dvd perfectly. However when I tested it with a ps3 game, it was unable to read that disc.
