I ordered an ornament and when I received the package it was not the one I ordered. Got in contact with the seller and they immediately sent me the correct item. I offered to return the ornament that was sent in error but they told me to keep it. I received the correct ornament very quickly and it was packaged very well. The item was exactly as described and they answered my message within minutes. Thank you for making the process easy and for your kindness of letting me keep both ornaments.
Seller had great communication, especially when a minor delivery issue happened that was outside of their control. They did a great job of follow up and ensuring a successful delivery. Box was packaged well and everything came exactly as described. I highly recommend this seller!!!
