These guys were great. The package came in the mail and it was torn and some of the pieces were missing. Without even any question about it, I asked for another one to be sent and they said you can keep the first one and we will gladly send you a second one. I received it in a couple of days. Recieved rearsets a bit late than expected for my '23 CB500F but for the price and free shipping I'd say it was worth it. Seller was great kept me informed of shipping situation. Though lack of instructions I did install in just under an hour and half. DON'T PAY $200 for shipping go with these guys instead.
