Statewide Heavy Duty T-Handle Lock, Counter Clockwise Turn Statewide metal locks have a thick base and handle. The key hole has a built in dust cover, same as the key lock in your automobile. The dust cover will protect the internal parts from corroding and getting jammed from salt, dirt and other damaging elements. The T-323L Handle incorporates an O-Ring and Dust Cover design for water resistance. The flush-mount base allows for an easier installation on your truck cap, topper or camper shell door. Used on all truck cap manufacturer's with rear aluminum framed doors.
