This is a smaller brass buckle with a darkened background, numbered 305, from the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 2-3/4" x 1-7/8", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2.5 oz.
