Usually I leave short reviews on here, but this time I'm rewarding excellent service. Kazu dispatched my item from Japan two days ago and it arrived today! Holy jeepers! It was layered in bubble wrap and then a cardboard box before being placed in the DHL shipping bag. Item was in near-mint condition and Kazu was very attentive and accommodating via messaging with concerns I had. Wonderful E-Bay experience and I will be buying from him again. Highly recommended seller for Japanese collectibles.
Ther service overall was fine but it took 3 weeks and 5 days to get here which is just too long. If I order things from AliExpress (China) they get here, on average in 7 days. I cannot remember how it was packaged, but the product was fine. The communications we had were good. The discs wouldn't work but it was the blu ray drive not the discs at fault. They were quite understanding. Each disc was missing 10GB (x3) but that is not the sellers fault. It was very good value for money
Product came so much quicker than originally expected by ebay, even with econoy shipping!! everything was nicely packaged and intact. The sticker booklet looks original and has great quality, it isn't used, dirty or harmed in any way; it was completely unopened in its plastic bag. The seller updated via private messages while the package was being handled and seems kind and legit. Thank you!
