Puzzle was packaged beautifully in a cardboard box with paper padding. The pieces and poster are in a ziploc bag. There was a lovely note inside thanking me for my purchase. Puzzle was shipped quickly after purchase. Will not be working on it right away, so I don’t know if it is complete as stated, but I expect it will be, with the care that was taken with packing it. Would purchase from this seller again.
I’m so pleased with the seller. I had two Christmas glasses and needed a third and very grateful to have found one different from the other two but all by the same designer.
