I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and resolutions process. Many of the other items in our shipment were still in pristine condition and it was obvious the listing descriptions were accurate. Will definitely shop with this seller again!!!   2. Item took too long to get shipped. I had a tracking number 6 days before item was given to post office. Once the usps had the package it arrived quickly. Item was as described and was packed very well. Customer service was responsive. If I knew that seller took so long to ship I would not have bought item from them. Nowhere does it say on the sellers site that they take 5-7 days to ship. That is rediculous. Anyhow. The old tape deck i bought works. Once belts are replaced it should be good.
