  2. This book had a major printing defect. The pages were out of order and several were missing. Also it was a library reject which I was unaware of when ordering. However the company refunded me completely without sending the item back. It also came beautifully packaged and shipped quickly. They have excellent customer service so I would rate them high because of that. I just wish that listing a library reject book would be listed in the description.

Of a few items the condition was worse than described in their listing (Acceptable rather than good) and I think the packaging of the order could be better (containing some protective material), but the book prices and low shipping costs made up for this.
