The cover art on the front and back of the case is a little wrinkled. It does not look like water damage just wrinkled a little bit. The game does not come with a manual. The game disc is an excellent condition. I did not see any scratches whatsoever on the game disc. Please look over all of the pictures as they will show the condition of the item in much greater detail than I could explain here.
