Addressed envelope bearing a green 1¢ Franklin stamp cancelled by a concentric-ring (target) postmark and a faint circular datestamp. Paper has a diagonal diamond/embossed pattern and the flap is torn at one corner. No clear 4-digit postmark year is legible on the cancel.
