This is a lapel/hat pin that is undated. It features a round gold tone base with the wording "USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT CVN-71" circling the outer edge with the with the cursive initials "TR" at the center. It is a turquoise blue green color with the initials in navy blue. The USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) is the fourth Nimitz-class, nuclear powered aircraft carrier in the United States Navy. She was launched in 1984 and saw her first action in 1991 in the Gulf War. This round pin measures approximately 1 1/2 inches long/tall. It comes with a DOUBLE tack back style pin for added security.
