Not because of the seller, but this purchase has been an ordeal! It was not delivered on time on three different delivery dates! It was delivered to the wrong address! Then it was picked up to be returned to the shipper, but returned again to original address! Now, I have a $400+ roof rack in Edmonds, WA and I am back home in Iowa. I needed it when I was in Edmonds to use on my Bronco to get home, that’s why I ordered it! I’m out the rack for now and will cost over $165.00 to ship to Iowa! Help!
