VTG 1930's Hutschenreuther Selb LHS Bavaria Hand Painted Bread Plates Set of 2. There is a small hairline crack on the edge of one of the plates. It looks like it happened during the firing of the plate since the glaze runs into the crack. No matter - it does not show much and does not affect the integrity of the plate. Please see the last photo. The gold trim is not perfect but still in very nice shape with hardly any worn away - just a few nicks. These plates are beautiful and signed WmSon on the backside - probably an abbreviation of Williamson and the name of the painter. These would make lovely plates for display on a sideboard, shelf or in a cabinet or for use at a tea party or shower. All of my items are carefully packed for shipping, no matter their value - $5 items are wrapped with the same care as a $200 item. My goal is to have your purchase arrive safely.
