VTG EUC! Set-2 RUBY RED Glass Peg Candle Holders Votive Cups HOMCO Mexico w/Box. This is a gorgeous set of 2 dark ruby red glass peg votive cup candle holders. The deep ruby red color adds a touch of sophistication to any room. Light refracts beautifully through the ruby glass. This is a gorgeous set of 2 dark ruby red glass peg votive cup candle holders. There are swirls of darker/lighter red colors in the ruby glass, and the rim is slightly wavy--these are hand blown glass so the natural variation adds interest! These candle holders are designed to fit inside a taper candle holder, but can be used with a votive candle (see example photos with candlesticks. NOTE: the crystal candlesticks shown are NOT included.) I would suggest using a battery-powered LED tealight or votive candle rather than a flame, to ensure that the vintage glass doesn't crack, and also for ease of cleaning. Each has a rubber fitting on the base, and they both include a "Made in Mexico" sticker. Likely these were made in Mexico for sale by an importer such as HOMCO/Home Interiors. The original box and info sheet is included. These ruby candle holders look wonderful with many decor styles, and will bring a cozy retro vibe to your home!
