Item was received as pictured… box was labeled fragile however two dishes were broken. Seller had no control over this because the dishes were packed with the best of care. The seller went above and beyond in the manner in which the box was packed…over and beyond professionalism! I needed the bowls to complete a set and they were intact. Thanks so much!
