Shipping was reasonable, although I do like FREE better. Communication was falling short; since I asked a question and got no response. I was concerned with the no return policy. Nonetheless, thanks Adelyn's Armoire for offering the NEW Sealed Nano 4mm 32 g Pen Tips 2nd Generation delivered "as described" - new and sealed.
