The item arrived in perfect condition and was well packed. Unfortunately, Starkey Hearing Aid said they can't transfer the hearing aid to someone else/ do repairs or upgrades on it. It can only be for the original owner & it is not transferable. To Eaglewoods, I couldn't message direct but I just wanted to say I'm truly sorry for what happened. I told Ebay that they need to update their return instructions. It just said to give package to USPS and show QR code. I guess USPS used a new box.
Brand spanking new! More than what was described. All parts included, and shipping was warp speed. Packaging was factory 'Square D' new, and the value/cost was 1/4 the original price. Very happy and pleased 😊.
I am quite please with this piece and the seller. It was neatly and carefully packaged and I got exactly what was described. Great addition to our home!
