Gonz9113 was easy to deal with, the product arrived in perfect working order, and was a great value for a Miele range. The packaging was decent, although shipping did cause more damage in transit, leading to a couple more dings than were described. I will take some of the blame as I should have inspected things a little better. The Miele range is definitely a step up from my Dacor. The burners have fantastic control, the oven is more consistent than my older gas oven was. Over all I'm very happy

I purchased a frigidaire 27" wall oven delivered from California to rural Alabama. Shipping did take 3 days longer than expected but arrived by freight to my front door on a pallet. It was well packed and protected. The Fed Ex driver called me 30 minutes before arriving. I installed the same day and it works as brand new. Very good value. Listing description was accurate. Looks great. Good quality. Good experience. Though I had initial concerns, it turned out to be a worry-free experience.
